The price of your order placed in the checkout process is not a binding figure, it is a quote based on the information you provide and the type of lens you choose for a frame. In some instances the lens required may be more expensive than what you selected.
For example a large difference in lens power exists between each eye and thin, high-index lenses are the only reliable way to provide comfortable vision. This could add two or three hundred dollars to the cost.
We reserve the right to change the final price until we have confirmed it with you, if this means a significant variation from the price quoted in the checkout then you will be provided with an invoice and we will wait for your written confirmation by email.
When your order is placed we confirm order details with you.
No products can be sent until payment has been processed/received.
We reserve the right to remove an order if for some reason we are unable to provide the product, but this is unlikely to happen. Certain frame sizes and colours which we need to order through local suppliers may be on back-order at the time you select them, which can delay the manufacture process. If this delay will be more than 1 week we will notify you before proceeding, and discuss other options that may be in stock.
While there is a right of return for any product if you are unhappy with it or change your mind it is impossible for us to refund the cost of lenses made to your child's prescription as provided by you. We will always confirm the details with you and go to any length we can to ensure it is correct. However, if you change your mind about the glasses or change the prescription after it has been ordered from our lab we will have to charge you the cost of making the lens(es) in question even when we can refund the rest of the cost. Lenses from one frame cannot be re-sized to fit in another frame.
